Is it possible to earn a residual income as an AMSOIL Dealer?
Residual income refers to money earned through indirect involvement. While it is possible to earn residual income as an AMSOIL Dealer, it requires an active group of successful personal group Dealers. Dealers who register other Dealers and help train them to succeed can continue earning commissions if they fall ill or cannot actively work their Dealerships for another reason. Building a successful personal group, however, requires a strong commitment to education and training.

Are AMSOIL Dealers required to sell products?
No. Dealers only need to sell if they want to earn commissions and bonuses. Even then, Dealers are encouraged to operate their businesses according to their own goals and schedules; AMSOIL does not place any pressure on its Dealers to make sales.

Are there costs required to cancel an AMSOIL Dealership?
No. The AMSOIL registration fee is refundable if notification of intent is made to the sponsor or AMSOIL INC. within three days of the date shown on the application. Otherwise, a Dealer can simply choose not to renew his or her membership.

How does AMSOIL support me?
We do everything we can to help you be successful. We handle the transaction – we take the orders, handle invoicing, collect payment and deliver product – you take care of relationships and provide local service. We have customer service staff available 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Central, and technical support staff available 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Central, Monday-Friday. We offer a number of co-op assistance programs, advertise nationally to increase brand recognition and much more.

When we introduced the world’s first API-qualified synthetic motor oil in 1972, it languished on store shelves next to its much cheaper conventional-oil counterparts. Consumers hadn’t heard of synthetic oil and didn’t understand its benefits. That all changed with the founding of the Dealer network in 1973. Our Dealers were able to convey the benefits of synthetic lubricants much better than simple product labels, and the company grew exponentially.
